UPDATE: Dr. has another, more gentle chemo treatment in mind. Also, he & St. David’s South Cancer Clinic will take over treatment- chemo, meds, procedures.

If that proves succssful, he has an Out- Patient treatment option in mind. I won’t say until we get to that point. 🙏🍀🤞🙏

Fighting Lymphoma!

Currently at a hospital getting tests, medicine, biopsies, etc. done so i can get treatment- chemo, potential radiation therapy.

Once i do 1 round of chemo & i’m okay, i can go home to continue chemo with my usual oncologist.

Hoping i will be in remission so i can have a bone- marrow transplant. My brother would be my donor.

Need help funding everything that stems from cancer costs!

Rocket is my spirit animal…

I cried during whole movie- start to end! Rocket is my spirit animal!

I’ve been battling cancer since 2020 & while i didn’t have the high evolutionary do this to me, i totally empathized immensely w/”being worked on,” for lack of a better phrase- RCHOP chemo, surgeries, meds, etc. That stress on self & body… just added to how i felt about Rocket’s story- and to how the Guardians family interacted w/him, etc.

My brother & i really enjoyed the movie- especially in 3D!

Not sure why I- me, has to go around & be go- between, do the leg- work when people that should be doing the work or communicating between each medical office and/or professionals.
They don’t seem to care to see why it’s a big deal to ask me stuff like- who did the surgery, where did you go, do you have a phone number, etc.?
Appointments and test results shouldn’t be up to me to hunt down.
I’m supposed to “relax” or “rest up”… big fucking joke- how damnit?! How?!
I’ve got other stressors aside from health & since whole process began- “trying organize my own health care”!
Not sure how some people have had an easy time w/cancer treatment, etc.
So tired of this illness & other issues it has spawned & the effort i’ve had to go through to ensure care, get info, etc.

Update on cancer fight…

Have a bone marrow biopsy Tuesday.

After that, the Dr. & others will have better info to help w/my lymphoma- treatment, etc.

• and yes, a large needle will go into my bone, should be the hip bone;
• they keep telling me- it won’t hurt much; after procedure, you’ll feel as if you have a bruise there; it’s a quick pain but you’ll be fine… 😒
• Sure, okay… i told lady confirming appointment that if it hurts, i will be damn sure to let them know if able to! 🤬
